Ou seja, o livre mercado imobiliário é aquele em que os preços, em vez de caírem por força da concorrência, estão sempre subindo por efeito da escassez constitutiva do mercado de solo urbano e de sua meticulosa gestão pela indústria da incorporação.
Associações do mercado imobiliário global com o “tecnofeudalismo” de Varoufakis, ou, como me parece mais correto, com o “capitalismo parasitário de rendas” do século XXI, são 100% procedentes.
